I am unable to find the product online.

Oops! That might be because we are yet to set up shop online. You can click on the 'Notify Me' tab to be the first to know when we go live. For now, you may visit our physical stores to get the full Samoh experience, or use our website as a catalogue to know what’s in store. (Availability of pieces will vary based on the store & location.)

What is the length of the garment? Could you suggest something that fits?

Worry not. Every fine piece has a detailed size chart that should help you find the right size.

GENERAL QUERIES

Can I buy these in your stores?

Of course. We'd love for you to visit our stores and shop for your favourite designs. In case the product is not physically available at the store you visit, our team will be happy to assist you with sourcing it one way or another.

I am a loyal customer, can you arrange a piece at the store?

Gladly! Our store staff will always be present and happy to assist you in sourcing your desired piece, if it is available in stock. An extra mile for you is the best we can do, but not at the risk of disappointing you.

CREDIT NOTES AND VOUCHERS

How do I use Credit Notes for making payments?

Terms And Conditions:

Credit note codes cannot be used interchangeably with a gift card or discount coupon.

Credit notes are redeemable at our physical stores.

If your order value exceeds the amount on the credit note or voucher, the remaining amount must be paid at checkout.

Credit notes can be used multiple times until the amount reaches 0. Two vouchers cannot be clubbed in use.

However, you may club a voucher with a credit note. Vouchers are not valid on discounted and on-sale items.

Discount vouchers are not valid on limited edition collections. Validity of credit notes and vouchers cannot be extended beyond expiry.

If the payment was made using a credit note, a refund for the purchase will be in the same form.

The credit note amount cannot be exchanged for cash or bank transfer.

GIFT CARDS

Where can I purchase a gift card?

We’re glad you’d like to share the Samoh experience with your loved ones through a gift card!

Gift cards can be purchased at any of our stores. You may pick one of the suggested denominations or enter an amount of your choice.

Gift cards cannot be purchased using credit notes.

No offers/codes will be applicable while purchasing a gift card.

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or be redeemed for cash or credit.

Are there any charges associated with purchasing a gift card?

Apart from the desired amount, there are no hidden fees or charges associated with purchasing a Gift Card.

When does the gift card expire?

We’re pretty sure your gift card will be maxed out by then, but: Gift cards will expire after 1 year from the date of issue. Any corresponding unused amount shall be forfeited thereafter. Please note that validity of gift cards cannot be extended and new gift cards cannot be provided to replace expired/unused gift cards.

Do I need to provide my details when I purchase a gift card?

Yes, gift cards are prepaid instruments subject to regulations by the Reserve Bank of India. We are legally required to share the details of the purchase of the gift cards and transactions undertaken using these gift cards.

As an issuer of the gift card, we are also required to share the Know Your Customer (KYC) details of the purchaser/redeemer of the gift cards with RBI or such statutory authorities, as per guidelines issued from time to time. If you have purchased a gift card from us, we may contact you regarding the same. Just remember,

What if I lose my gift card?

That’s unfortunate!

Your gift card number is unique and confidential, and you are solely responsible for its safety. If you have misplaced your gift card, please write to our customer care team at support@samoh.in, or call us at 022-67009090 Monday to Saturday, between 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM IST.

In the event of any misuse of your card due to the loss of such confidential details, we will unfortunately not be able to provide a refund of the amount lost.

Can I get a refund on my gift card?

A gift card once purchased cannot be cancelled or refunded.
