Gladly! Our store staff will always be present and happy to assist you in sourcing your
desired piece, if it is available in stock. An extra mile for you is the best we can do.

I am unable to find the product online.

Oops! That might be because we are yet to set up shop online. For now, you may visit
our stores to get the full Samoh experience or use our website as a catalogue to know
what’s in store. (Availability of pieces will vary based on the store & and location.)

Can I buy these in your stores?

Of course. We'd love for you to visit our stores and shop for your favourite designs. In case the product is not physically available at the store you visit, our team will be happy to assist you with sourcing it one way or another.

What is the validity period for credit notes?

Credit notes are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue.

Where can I use my credit notes?

Credit notes can currently be utilized across any of our stores in India.

Can I use credit notes during sales or promotional events?

No, credit notes cannot be used during sales or promotional events.

What happens if my order value exceeds the credit note amount?

If your order value exceeds the credit note amount, the remaining balance must be paid
during billing.

Can I use a credit note multiple times?

Yes, credit notes can be used multiple times until the total amount reaches zero.

Is it possible to extend the validity of credit notes beyond the expiry date?

No, the validity of credit notes cannot be extended beyond their expiry date.

If I made a purchase using a credit note and want a refund, how will it be processed?

If the payment was initially made using a credit note, the refund for the purchase will be
provided in the form of a credit note.

Can I convert the credit note amount into cash or for a bank transfer?

No, the credit note amount cannot be exchanged for cash or bank transfer.
