If something isn’t quite right, you can exchange your product within 21 days from the date of delivery. Please note that certain items (listed below) are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you choose to return an eligible product, we will refund the amount you paid for the item. Shipping charges, however, are non-refundable.

Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

·       End of Season Sale (EOSS) merchandise

·       Customized or altered products

Conditions for Return

·       If you receive a damaged, defective product, or something significantly different from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

·       To ensure a smooth process, the product must be returned unused and in its original condition, along with all essentials—price tags, labels, packaging, barcodes, user manual, warranty card, invoice, accessories, and freebies.

·       Returns without these essentials cannot be accepted and will be sent back to you. Please also make sure the package is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

·       Your right to return or exchange applies only to products in the same condition as delivered. Items that have been used, damaged, or tampered with will not be eligible for reimbursement.

·       Always include the original packaging and documents, along with the receipt or invoice received at delivery.

·       Before accepting a return, our delivery partner will conduct a quick quality check to verify the product details, including the EAN code, category, and images. Once verified, your return will be accepted and the refund process initiated. Please note that refunds will cover the product amount only; shipping charges are non-refundable

Return of Defective Products

·       If you receive a damaged or defective product, or if your package is missing one or more items or accessories, please contact our Customer Care Team through any of the channels mentioned in our Returns Policy.

·       Once we receive your return request, we will verify its authenticity. If the request is valid, we will arrange a pickup through our logistics partner. Your refund will be processed after we receive the product and complete a quality check. You will receive an email or SMS update at the contact details provided by you.

·       After the returned product passes the quality check, we will confirm via email or SMS. If a defect or damage is verified, you will receive a full refund, issued through the same payment method used for your purchase.

Return Shipping Process

·       If you choose to send the product back yourself, please ensure it reaches the designated return address provided by us.

·       If the package is not delivered or is empty, you will need to provide proof of delivery from your courier service to validate your claim. We cannot process your return request until satisfactory proof is provided.

·       For damage-related claims, we may request photos of the damaged product before approving the return.

·       For returns managed by us, please hand over the product to our assigned logistics partner during pickup. If the logistics partner makes attempts to collect the product and you are unavailable or not ready to hand it over, we cannot be held responsible for delays in pickup, quality check, or refund processing. A maximum of two pickup attempts will be made.

Discrepancy in Pickup Status

If there is any discrepancy regarding the pickup status (for example, you claim the product was returned, but our system shows otherwise), your refund will only be initiated upon submission of the courier slip provided by our logistics partner at the time of pickup.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled either by you or by us under certain circumstances. We reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion for reasons including, but not limited to:

·       Non-compliance with our terms and policies

·       Technical errors or issues

·       Credit or fraud prevention concerns

·       Invalid or incorrect address details

·       Malpractices in placing the order

·       Bulk orders intended for resale

·       Multiple orders for the same product at the same address

·       Failed delivery after three attempts

·       EMI offer rejection by the bank

·       Pricing or specification errors due to technical glitches

In such cases, you will receive a cancellation notification via email or SMS. We also reserve the right to remove any product from www.samoh.in, modify content, or refuse to process an order even after sending an Order Confirmation. We shall not be liable for any such refusal, removal, or modification.

Availability of Products

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock or there are supply issues, we may offer substitute products of equal or higher quality and value. If you choose not to accept the substitute, we will refund the amount you paid.

Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped for delivery. Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted. If your cancellation request is accepted, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS. Please note that we reserve the right to accept or reject cancellation requests for any reason, and you agree not to hold us liable for any rejection. Refunds for accepted cancellations will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued for cancellations or returns that meet the eligibility criteria outlined in our Return & Cancellation Policy. Here’s how refunds work:

Cancellation before shipping: You will receive a full refund for accepted cancellations.

Return within 21 days of delivery: We will refund the amount paid for the product. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Return of defective products: If a defect or damage is confirmed, you will receive a full refund, including delivery charges.

Refunds will always be processed using the same payment method used for your purchase.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are typically processed within 1–6 working days after the returned product passes our quality check. Please note that the actual credit to your account depends on your bank and payment provider. Any interest charged by your bank under an EMI scheme until the time of cancellation or return will not be refunded. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.

Refund Method

Refunds will always be made to the original payment method used for the purchase. This cannot be changed at any stage. If the original payment mode fails (except Cash on Delivery), the refund will be processed via NEFT to your bank account.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via cheque, NEFT, or credited to your wallet account at our discretion. You will need to provide your bank account number and IFSC code for NEFT refunds.

Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts; the name on your order must match the bank account holder’s name.

You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once the refund is initiated. All cheque refunds will be issued as “at par” cheques or via online transfer, at our discretion.

Terminated Payment Mode

If your original payment method (credit/debit card or net banking) is no longer valid, we will issue the refund via cheque. In such cases, we will notify you by email and request your confirmation of the address for cheque delivery.
